No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome. No festivals or events. Only verified drivers named on the booking and covered by insurance may drive the vehicle.

The motorhome must be returned at the agreed time and with a full tank of diesel.

An optional end-of-hire cleaning service is available for £40 when requested in advance. Guests must still wash all dishes, remove their rubbish and empty the toilet cassette and grey-water tank.

If the cleaning service has not been booked, the motorhome must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition in which it was collected. Excessive cleaning will be charged at £75–£150, depending on the condition.

An unemptied toilet cassette will incur a £75 charge. An unemptied grey-water tank will incur a £25 charge.

If the diesel tank is not returned full, the missing fuel cost plus a £25 refuelling fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

A 30-minute grace period applies to the agreed return time. After this, late returns will be charged at £25 for every started hour. Any additional costs caused by the delay may also be charged.

Any damage, accident, warning light or mechanical problem must be reported immediately. Travel abroad, winter-sports trips and mountain routes require prior approval.
