The handover with Diane was very good. Even tho we didn't speak French and Diane didn't speak much English. We had a couple of issues while we were away. We couldn't get any hot water but on our return was told if you have window open near table it has a sensor which shuts off boiler. The electric step didn't work, we had bee advised of this, but we took our own and the screens in window near cooker were broken. None of this affected our trip. The motorhome was very clean. There weren't any pegs or guide ropes to hold awning should it be windy so 1 night we had to roll it in. I think it was quite expensive, almost £1000 more than 1 we had originally booked but unfortunately was cancelled.
