Hello,

Barnabé is our T4 Volkswagen California TDI 151hp van from late 2000. Many adventures on different continents, a lot of maturity and ready to share with you new experiences!

On the vehicle side, the 151hp engine is a delight of flexibility; efficiency (130km/h in full load without worries) or savings (less than 6L/100km on the roads at 80km/h) according to the desired rhythm. All the options are there: zero stress cruise control, cozy heated seats, auxiliary and stationary heaters, trip computer. One exception: no air conditioning, but we live outside with a van!

The Westfalia California allows a comfortable life for 4 persons (fridge, 2 gas, sink and many storage spaces). All the camping equipment is available: table, dishes and kitchen equipment, armchairs, electrical connections, Tarp awning, hammock, additional water canister, solar shower, ground sheet, zero-seconds tent in annex and even a curtain for the shower cabin!

In 2022, Barnabé gets a new lease on life with a brand new roof tent and updated camping equipment.

The little extras: Fiama bike rack for 4 bikes if desired, quality audio system (Alpine Bluetooth+aux / HP Focal), child car seat possible, child barrier for the top bed, stemmed glass ... I can welcome you at the station when you arrive in Grenoble by train. Possible renting in low season with snow tires and heating (seat and interior).
