Es una experiencia muy bonita para compartir en familia y con amigos. La autocaravana muy confortable y sin ningún problema. El dueño muy agradable. Totalmente recomendable
Jean Paul is a wonderful and kind person, who made our whole rental experience great. He picked us up from the station and even took us shopping. Then he spent 2 hours explaining everything about the camper van, that he clearly looks after lovingly. He even left us a bottle of local wine as a welcome. We used google translate and hands and feet as we don't speak French to understand his explainations and it worked really well. The van has everything you need. Whenever we ran into a problem during the rental, Jean Paul responded quickly and helpfully. We had run into an issue with the awning after a week (it was blocked and we couldn't unfold it), he advised us and actually spent a lot of time repairing it after our return, so we didn't need to run it through the insurance process. He even gave us a lift back to the station. Again, I cannot stress enough, what a kind person Jean Paul is and how he made the rental so smooth. Maybe one tip; as the van is relatively large with 7m, many roads google maps sent us down in the Pyrenees became stressful expierences and also quite a few of the parking spaces recommended on Park4Night. Better to double check with street view...
We had a lovely time traveling the south and southern coast of France with this wonderful home on wheels. The campervan is well stocked and has all utilities and gear you need on the road and at night. There is, however, no AC in the living area. There is a standalone AC that we could use when plugged in to a power source, though we did not take advantage of it as we didn't park at camping sites. The vehicle drives wonderfully, has cruise-control, and was easy to navigate everywhere except the narrow streets in some of the old-town neighborhoods. Jean-Paul speaks a little Spanish, and his wife some English, but we greatly benefited from having a French-speaking friend available for the pick-up and drop-off. Both of which were lovely and went really smoothly. We used Google Translate to communicate via emails while on the road, and we got swift replies to our inquiries. We would not hesitate to rent from Jean-Paul and his wife again, if we're ever planning another road trip in Southern France.
