House Rules
To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these rules:
Fuel
The motorhome is supplied with a full tank of diesel and must be returned full. If not, fuel costs plus an admin fee will be charged.
Water & Waste
Fresh water tank to be emptied before return.
Grey waste tank must be fully emptied at an authorised disposal point.
Toilet cassette must be emptied and rinsed. Charges apply if not completed.
Cleanliness
Return the vehicle clean and tidy.
All dishes washed and put away.
Rubbish removed.
Interior wiped down and floors swept.
Excess cleaning will be chargeable.
No Smoking
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside. Evidence will result in loss of deposit.
Drivers
Only drivers named on the hire agreement and approved by insurers may drive the vehicle.
Usage
No off-road driving or festivals unless agreed in advance.
Awning must be retracted in bad weather or when unattended.
Do not exceed vehicle weight limits.
Security
Lock the vehicle when unattended.
Do not leave valuables visible.
Do not leave keys inside.
Damage
Any damage, warning lights, or issues must be reported immediately.
Return Time
Vehicle must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Security Deposit
A refundable deposit is required. Deductions may be made for damage, missing items, cleaning, fuel or waste disposal.
Please treat the motorhome with care and return it in the condition supplied. We hope you have a fantastic trip!
