To ensure that all guests enjoy a safe and comfortable experience, we kindly ask that the following rules are followed during your hire period.

*Fuel Policy*
The motorhome will be supplied with a full tank of fuel at the start of your hire.
The motorhome must be returned with a full tank of fuel.
Failure to return the motorhome with a full tank may result in a refuelling charge, together with any associated administration fees.

*Bedding & Towels*
Towels are not provided as part of the hire.
If additional bedding is required, please contact us before your trip and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

*Cleaning & Waste*
We ask that the motorhome is returned in a clean and tidy condition.
All rubbish, waste and personal belongings must be removed before return.
The toilet cassette and waste water tank must be emptied prior to returning the motorhome.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if the motorhome is returned in an excessively dirty condition or if waste tanks have not been emptied.

*Travel Outside the UK*
If you wish to take the motorhome outside the United Kingdom, please contact us so that we can verify insurance cover and provide any necessary documentation.

*General Care*
Please treat the motorhome with the same care and respect as you would your own property. Any damage, accidents or issues occurring during your hire must be reported as soon as possible.

*Additional Charges*

Additional charges may be applied for:
Returning the motorhome without a full tank of fuel.
Returning the motorhome in an unclean condition.
Failing to remove rubbish or empty waste tanks.
Unauthorised travel outside the UK.
Damage caused during the hire period beyond normal wear and tear.
