House Rules
We want you to have a fantastic trip. Please read the following before booking:
• Drivers must be approved and insured through the booking.
• A £10 admin fee must be paid directly to us before collection to satisfy our insurer's identity verification requirements.
• UK travel only unless agreed in writing beforehand.
• 150 miles per day included. Additional mileage charged at £1 per mile unless agreed in advance.
• No smoking, vaping or pets.
• No festivals, racing, motorsport events, commercial use or off-road driving. Responsible green laning on legal tracks is permitted.
• The camper is supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Missing fuel will be charged at cost plus a £25 admin fee.
• A mattress protector is provided and must be used. Luxury bedding pack available for £50.
• Please return the camper clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed and toilet/waste tanks emptied.
• An excessive cleaning charge of £150 will apply if required.
• Any damage, faults or accidents must be reported immediately.
• Do not stand on the roof or overload the vehicle.
• Hirers are responsible for damage, missing items, fuel shortages, cleaning charges, fines, tolls, parking charges and any costs not covered by insurance.
• Lost or damaged equipment will be charged at replacement cost. Additional administration may be charged at £25 per hour.
• Do not arrange repairs without our approval unless required for safety.
By booking, you agree to these rules and to return the camper in the same condition it was supplied.
