House Rules
To ensure the next guests enjoy the van just as much as you did, we kindly ask that you follow these return guidelines:
1. Clean & Tidy Interior:
Please return the camper in the same clean condition you received it.
Wipe down all surfaces, table, and kitchen area.
Sweep out sand, mud, or debris from floors.
Empty bins and remove all food and personal items.
(We don’t expect deep cleaning – just a respectful tidy-up.)
2. Waste:
Bins and van must be emptied of waste and cleaned before return. A fee may be charged if returned full or uncleaned.
3. Fuel Policy:
The van will be provided with a full tank of diesel – please return it fully refuelled.
(There is a refuelling charge if this isn’t done.)
4. Water Tanks:
If you’ve used the fresh water tank, please refill it before return.
5. Time of Return:
Return time is agreed in advance. If you expect to be late, please inform us as soon as possible. Late returns may incur a charge, as this impacts the next hire.
6. Damage & Breakages:
We understand accidents can happen – please report any damage, breakages, or missing items honestly when you return the van. This allows us to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
7. Fuel Type:
Please remember – this van takes DIESEL only. Filling with the wrong fuel may result in full repair costs.
8. Smoking & Pets:
No smoking is allowed inside the van. Well-behaved pets may be allowed with prior agreement – please inform us before booking.
