🚐 Motorhome Hire Rules – Elddis Explorer 155

1. Driver Requirements

Drivers must be 25–75 years old (adjust if needed)

Must hold a full, valid driving licence

Licence must have been held for at least 2 years

No more than 6 penalty points

Proof of licence and ID required before hire

2. Insurance & Security Deposit

Motorhome is fully insured for the approved driver(s) only

Deposit will be returned after inspection, subject to no damage or excess cleaning

3. Collection & Return

Vehicle must be collected and returned at the agreed times

Late returns may incur additional charges

Motorhome must be returned with:

Fuel tank at the same level as collection

Waste and toilet cassette emptied

Interior reasonably clean

4. Mileage & Usage

Vehicle must not be used for:

Racing, towing, or off-road driving

Festivals without prior approval

Commercial use or sub-hire

5. Smoking, Pets & Cleanliness

No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome

Pets not allowed / allowed by prior agreement (delete as appropriate)

Any excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit

6. Breakdowns & Damage

Any damage, accident, or warning light must be reported immediately

Hirer is responsible for all damage not covered by insurance

Breakdown assistance details will be provided at handover

7. Overseas Travel

UK travel only / Overseas travel permitted with prior approval

Ferry and toll costs are the responsibility of the hirer

9. General Responsibility

The motorhome must be driven responsibly at all times

Seatbelts must be worn where fitted

The hirer accepts responsibility for all fines, penalties, or toll charges during the hire period
