Free parking for travelers car available at our yard during the rental period.
3 night minimum hire available in a low season only. Mid and high season 7 nights minimum hire. But please feel free to ask for any term rental (3 nights minimum) as we might have MH available for fewer days between bookings. Bedding available on request.
We require the Motorhome will return in clean condition IN and OUT as you take it. Should the vehicle be returned in a dirty condition, charges will apply and will be taken from the traveler deposit. £30 charge for outside wash and from £25/h for inside clean, depend on condition.

1. Families with kids and medium size dog are welcome.
2. Fuel to full on return. (Should you return the van with insufficient fuel, we will bill you for the fuel required to fill the van up and an admin fee for this process of £25).
3. Vehicle returned clean in and out as you take it.
4. Toilet cassette emptied and water flushed. (Return of the vehicle with unemptied cassette
will result in a £50 charge).
5. No parties.
6. No dogs on seats. Seats covered with blankets when traveling with dogs.
7. No smoking.
8. No cooking or deep-fried cooking including fish, curry, or any other food of intensive and long-lasting smell. (Should rule 6, 7 and 8 be broken we reserve the rights to hire the cleaning company for an internal cleaning on traveller costs of £150).
9. Motorhome is equipped with two gas bottles, where one is always full. Once the running gas bottle will finish, please replace for a full Gas bottle before returning vehicle, or charges of a minimum £28.50+ Market Volatility Surcharge and delivery costs will apply.
