Vehicle must never be left unlocked or had any amendments to the van without our permission. Vehicle has to be returned with full fuel tank, charges apply if not returned full. All tanks must be emptied, toilets emptied and cleaned. Charges of £100+ depending on situation. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as given if this is not adhered to there will be additional charges (again, this may vary depending on condition). All rubbish must be disposed off. Pets are more than welcome, an additional cost is required and our pet policy must be signed. For insurance purposes we require 2 forms of proof of address (ie. Utility bill, phone bill etc, must be dated within the past 3 months). All drivers must have had their full licence for 2 years minimum. For UK residents only we require a DVLA check code. All claims and convictions must be disclosed to us or we withhold the right to cancel your hire without refund. All documentation must be sent 7 days prior to collection or we withhold the right to cancel without refund. Return time is 7am - 11am. Upon collection we will give you our terms & conditions to sign. Passports will be retained and kept in a locked safe, you’re welcome to safely store other family members as well. Throughout the hire you must inform us if you decide to change your destination. Hopefully you won’t be in any accidents however if you are you must inform us immediately or you may be subjected to pay loss of earnings for the following hires.
All tyres are checked prior to hire so if within 48 hours of return (given that the vehicle hasn’t moved) a tyre is flat you will be subjected to the charges. If you find yourself hitting a pothole it will be your responsibility to take pictures and all required information for you to claim the council to pay. The vehicle is fitted with a tracker which monitors speed and location. If you are found to be driving inappropriately charges will apply. Off road voids insurance.
