Response from Taylor Glad most off the trip was good, out off numerous hires this is the one and only time we have ever had to charge a fee for cleaning, as anyone can imagine emptying excrement out of the toilet and cleaning toilet is not a nice experience an I can assure you this was not done, you messaged saying u couldn’t find anywhere to empty waste as you tried numerous sites but none would allow you to do so we explained that there isn’t anywhere where this can be done for free, but yet you managed to find somewhere within 10 mins from us told us where we enquired with site as we couldn’t understand how toilet wasn’t cleaned out if u did some how manage to get access and where informed by site you had in fact never been there and under no circumstances they would allow you to empty had you not been booked in guy actually laughed as he thought I was joking , we also had multiple complaints from community centre for customer trying to dispose off rubbish in their bin , being rude to the manager when asked to remove their rubbish as it’s intended for private use , as you say platform “sided with you” and only reason for this was because you took the returning GoForm with you while talking to my partner so we didn’t have a copy , still embarrassed it got to the point off a dispute and one which will never be made again , so anyone reading this and doesn’t want to clean out toilet before returning vehicle then our vehicles are not ones for you , as for comment regarding pics filming ect this is actually procedure on return and is welcomed , as I have told you before you would never be allowed to hire from us ever again , and beware anyone taking a chance with allowing customer to book with them
