Please treat our motorhomes as if they were your own and return them in the same condition you collect them in.
If, on returning the vehicle, it requires anything more than a basic clean and sanitisation, this will be chargeable. If the vehicle is returned in such a state that we require a professional valet to make it suitable for the next hire, the customer is expected to cover the full cost of the valet plus the cost of our time taking it to and from the valet.

If anything on or in the vehicle is damaged during a hire we encourage hirers to let us know as soon as possible so that a repair or replacement can be organised quickly.

There is absolutely no animals allowed in the vehicles. If it is found that hirers have allowed animals in the vehicle, they will be charged the cost of a full valet, plus our time.

The vehicles are covered by Green Flag, in the event of a breakdown hirers must contact the Green Flag, the number will be provided in the vehicle. They should also contact us to let us know the incident.

All our vehicles are fitted with trackers that monitor driving behaviour. Should the tracker flag up any incidence of reckless driving the hirers could be charged for a vehicle health check by the garage.

You must empty the toilet cassette and the grey water tank at the end of the Hire period. There is a £50 charge for cassettes not emptied/cleaned and a £35 charge for an unemptied grey water tank.

A refuelling service charge if do not return the vehicle with the same level of fuel than was supplied originally. The charge is based on the cost of the fuel plus £20.

LPG bottles are provided where applicable, but gas is not included. The Hirer must refill empty gas bot-tles; otherwise, a £30 refill charge will be incurred. Any Vehicle with an underslung gas tank must be returned with the same or higher level of gas as it was let out with.
