Graycie – 4 berth Volkswagen campervan from 2021

Collection of the camper van is from 2:00pm onwards on the departure date, unless agreed otherwise in advance. This allows sufficient time for thorough cleaning and preparation of the vehicle to a high standard.

Return of the camper van must be completed by 11:00am on the agreed return date.
Late returns will incur the following charges:
1–2 hours late: £50 plus any additional insurance charges
More than 2 hours late: Full daily rental fee plus any additional insurance charges
Please inform us as soon as possible if you expect to be delayed.

The fuel policy is Full-to-Full.

The camper will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Refueling charges will apply if the vehicle is not returned full.

Insurance Requirements
Drivers must be aged 23–70 years old and have held a full license for a minimum of 2 years.
We accept full UK, EU, American, Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand driving licenses.

To arrange insurance, we may request:
A copy of your driving license
2x Proof of address
A DVLA check code (for UK license holders)
Child Safety -It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that appropriate child seats are used when travelling with children, in accordance with UK law.
Insurance excess £1000

No smoking or vaping inside the camper
Any damage or accidents must be reported immediately
Cleaning charges may apply if the camper is returned excessively dirty
