Please treat our campervan as if it were your own. Following these rules helps keep it in great condition for everyone.

Before You Drive
• Only approved drivers listed on the booking may drive the vehicle.
• A valid driving licence must be held throughout the hire period.
• Please report any warning lights, faults, damage or accidents immediately.

During Your Stay
• No smoking inside the campervan.
• No illegal drugs or illegal activities.
• No parties.
• Please keep the campervan clean and tidy throughout your trip.
• Do not stand or sit on furniture not designed for it.

Pets
• Pets are not permitted.

Cooking
• Never leave the hob or cooking appliances unattended.
• Ensure the gas is turned off after use.
• Clean equipment/surfaces after each use.

Electrical Equipment
• Do not overload electrical sockets.
• Return all supplied cables, adapters and accessories.
• Disconnect the electric hook-up before driving away.

Fuel & Fluids
• Return the campervan with the same fuel level as collected.
• Only use Diesel Fuel.
• Do not ignore low oil, coolant or AdBlue warnings.

Cleaning Before Return
Please return the campervan:
• With the interior cleaned.
• Washing up completed.
• Rubbish removed.

Additional cleaning charges of £50 may apply if the campervan is returned dirty.

Damage
• Please inform us immediately of any damage, no matter how minor.
• Guests are responsible for damage caused during the hire period in accordance with the rental agreement.

Returning the Campervan
• Return the campervan on time unless an extension has been agreed.
• Late returns may incur additional charges.
• Ensure all supplied equipment is returned.
