A pre and post hire inspection will be done and video/photographs will be recorded of the vehicle.
Any damage or missing items believed to have occurred during the hire can be charged according to the Terms and Conditions. Where there is a dispute the pre and post hire photographic and video evidence can be used as required.
The Security Deposit will be returned in full within 48 hours unless there is any damage or loss found which you are liable for as stated in these Terms and Conditions.

• We reserve the right to decline a hire application or refuse to hand over the vehicle at our discretion, including where eligibility, security, risk or compliance concerns arise. We are not obliged to provide a reason for declining an application or for refusing to hand over the vehicle.

• Loss, theft, or damage (beyond fair wear and tear) may be charged and deducted from the security deposit

The following are prohibited:
• Vehicle use for festival, concert, mass attendance event, or similar gathering without written approval
• Smoking or vaping inside the Vehicle
• Transporting pets unless agreed in advance
• Carrying more passengers than seatbelts
• Standing or sitting on the roof
• Offroad driving or driving on roads unsuitable for the vehicle
• Carrying passengers for a fee
• Driving lessons
• To tow or push any vehicle, trailer or other object, without our written permission
• For racing, pacemaking, or to test the vehicles reliability or speed

The Vehicle must be returned:
• Reasonably clean and tidy inside
• Toilet cassette emptied and rinsed
• Wastewater tank emptied
• All rubbish removed
• All equipment returned in good condition

Additional charges may apply for:
• Toilet not emptied & rinsed (£50)
• Excessive dirt or staining
• Pet hair or odours
• Smoking/Vaping inside the Vehicle (minimum £250)
• Cleaning or replacement of optional extras
• Loss, theft, or damage (beyond fair wear and tear) may be charged and deducted from the security deposit
