Please treat the campervan with care and return it in the same clean and tidy condition as collected.

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the vehicle.

Pets are only allowed with prior written agreement. If pets are approved, the van must be returned clean and free from hair, odour, or mess.

Only approved drivers named on the hire agreement may drive the vehicle. All drivers must provide the required licence checks, ID, and proof of address before collection.

The campervan must not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, illegal activity, or carrying more passengers than the number of fitted seatbelts.

Please respect height restrictions, narrow roads, campsites, and parking areas. The hirer is responsible for all fines, penalties, congestion charges, tolls, parking charges, and damage during the hire.

Fuel must be returned at the same level as collection unless otherwise agreed.

The campervan must be returned on time. Late return may affect the next booking and can result in additional charges.

Please empty all rubbish and remove personal belongings before return. Excessive cleaning, missing items, damage, or misuse may be charged from the security deposit.

European travel is only allowed with prior written permission and may require additional documents or cover.

If something goes wrong, please contact us as soon as possible. Do not attempt repairs, modifications, or callouts without our approval unless it is an emergency.

Most importantly, enjoy your trip, look after the van, and bring it back safely for the next adventure.
