Dorian – 4 berth Volkswagen campervan from 2019

To help keep our VW T6 in great condition and ensure a smooth handover for everyone, please follow these return guidelines:
1. Return Time:
• The campervan must be returned by 3:00 PM on the agreed return date.
• Late returns may incur an additional fee.

2. Fuel Policy:
• Please return the van with a full tank of diesel, as supplied.
• A refuelling charge will apply if the tank is not full on return.

3. Cleanliness:
• The van should be returned clean and tidy, with all personal belongings and rubbish removed.
• Excessive dirt or mess may result in a cleaning fee.

4. Fridge & Freezer:
• Please empty and switch off the fridge and freezer, and leave the doors ajar to prevent odours or mould.

5. Damage & Inventory Check:
• A walk-around inspection will be carried out on return.
• Any new damage or missing items will be deducted from your deposit.

6. Mileage & Usage Limits (if applicable):
• Please keep within any agreed mileage limits. Extra charges may apply if exceeded.

7. Fuel Type & Tolls:
• The van runs on diesel only.
• You are responsible for any tolls, parking fines, or driving penalties incurred during the hire period.

8. Keys & Documents:
• All keys, manuals, and accessories must be returned with the vehicle.

9. Pets & Smoking:
• Most pets are welcome – please enquire before booking.
• Strictly no smoking in the van. Charges will apply for smoke damage or odours.
