Beds Description
Convertible bench seat to small double width bed with foam mattress, the bed measures 5ft 11in in length.
Optional Extras:
•Bed linen Rental - £30
-Supplied clean, return used
• ‘Drop and Go’ packages can be arranged, allowing for the van to be returned uncleaned (within reason) and without full fuel tank. These are to be negotiated depending on predicted mileage.
• Festival Pack for 2 - £80
- flexible return and late fee waiver, cleaning fee and all contraband (glass, sharp knifes etc) removed from van.
Additional Info:
- Collection 3pm, drop off 11am. I can be flexible on collection and drop-off times. Let me know if you need anything outside the norm and I’ll see what I can do! Additional charges may apply.
- Vehicle walk-through and guide provided on pick up
- Free secure gated parking available if driving to collect.
- Inquire about local public transport collection or local delivery.
- Cleaning fee applies for all Festival bookings, other bookings only charged if van not returned as collected.
- Fuel - full to full (unless you opt for ‘Drop and Go’.)
- Water policy is usually empty to empty for fuel economy reasons, but a full tank can be arranged.
- Gas – for bookings less than 5 days, you can pay a £10, for bookings over 5 days a £25 charge applies.
Charges and Penalties:
• Diesel tank not full - £50 + cost of Fuel
• Additional Cleaning Fee - £50
• Pre-Arranged Early Collection Fee - £40
• Pre-Arranged Late Return Fee - £50
• Early collection and late return (full-day bookings) - £70
• Late fee - £60 + £10 per additional hour
• Items missing from inventory – Value + £10
• 1000 miles per 7 days included. 7+ days each day capped at 142 miles. Additional miles charged at 0.50p per mile.
• Any careless behavior I.e. stains on furnishings, chips to paint, scratches or damage to the floor, bathroom, kitchen, or appliances - starts from £100
