To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties, please read and follow these rules carefully:

1. Fuel
- The campervan will be provided with a full tank of fuel.
- Please return the vehicle with a full tank.
- If the tank is not full upon return, a £150 charge will be deducted from the security deposit to cover refuelling.

2. Cleanliness
- Interior: Please leave the campervan in a reasonably clean state. Remove all rubbish and personal items.
- Exterior: Please avoid excessive mud or dirt, and return the vehicle in generally tidy condition.
- Cleaning Fee: A £175 charge will be deducted from the security deposit if the campervan requires professional cleaning (interior or exterior) due to neglect.

3. Pets
- No pets allowed. Our daughter is allergic to animals, so the van must be kept pet-free.
- Pet Hair Found: If any pet hair is detected, a £175 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

4. Smoking
- No smoking inside the campervan.
- Deposit Charge: £200 for smoking inside the vehicle.

5. Mileage & Driving
- The campervan must be driven within the UK and any agreed countries.
- Please obey all road laws and speed limits.
- Damage: Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the security deposit, based on repair quotes.

6. Breakdowns & Accidents
- In the event of a breakdown, contact the emergency support number immediately.
- Do not attempt repairs yourself. Any avoidable damage caused by improper handling may be charged to the deposit.

7. Return Time
- Please return the campervan at the agreed time.
- Late returns without prior approval may incur a £150 per hour fee, deducted from the deposit.
