• Small families, couples and individuals welcome.
• No stag or hen parties
• I ask that you treat the van as you would your own, but specifically:
o Strictly NO smoking in or around van or awning
o No Eating/Dinking in roof sleeping area
• Take care with raising and lowering the pop top. A demonstration will be provided during check in.
o To minimise inclement weather risks, where possible, ensure a sheltered location and point van rear towards prevailing wind direction
o Ensure pop top is down when driving and slowly lower roof and open door/window to ensure the bellows collapse inwards.
• The wind out awning is not to be used in windy conditions
o The client needs to consider the potential impact of the weather on awning
o Guy ropes to be used at all times.
• Camper to be returned with full tank of fuel as provided at beginning of hire.
o Any shortfall will be charged will be fuel cost plus £25 and will be taken from the security deposit.
• Gas is included in the hire charge, but should this run out the hirer should source a replacement (swap) Camping Gaz 907 bottle . Please retain the receipt for a refund at the end of the booking.
• Van to be returned with cleaned interior and reasonable clean outside.
• Any accidents to be reported immediately
• Any damage to interior and/or exterior of van and equipment will be charged for.
