To ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe and well-maintained camper, please follow the rules below.

Before Returning the Camper

* Return the camper clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed.
* Wash any used crockery, utensils and cooking equipment.
* Empty the fridge and remove all food.
* Return the camper with a full fuel tank (same level as collected).
* Refill the fresh water tank before returning.
* Empty any waste water if applicable.
* Return the camper at the agreed date and time.
* Report any damage, faults or accidents that occurred during your hire.

During Your Hire

* No smoking or vaping inside the camper.
* No illegal substances are permitted.
* Please treat the camper with care and respect.
* Do not overload the camper beyond its legal passenger or weight limits.
* Any pets must be agreed in advance.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required before the hire begins.

The deposit may be used to cover, but is not limited to:

* Additional cleaning if the camper is returned in an unacceptable condition.
* Refuelling if the fuel tank is not returned full.
* Refilling the fresh water tank if it is returned empty.
* Repair or replacement costs for any damage, missing items or breakages.
* Late return charges where applicable.
* Any parking fines, speeding fines, tolls or other charges incurred during the hire period.

Any deductions will be itemised and evidence provided where appropriate. If no deductions are required, the full security deposit will be returned promptly after inspection of the camper.
