Thank you for hiring our campervan. This is a well-maintained vehicle and we ask that it is treated with care and respect throughout your trip. These rules are in place to keep the camper in excellent condition for you and future guests.

The campervan must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition as collected. Please remove all rubbish, wash and dry all kitchen items, wipe surfaces, empty the fridge, and clean the hob, microwave and sink. Floors should be brushed or wiped if dirty. If the porta potty is used, it must be emptied, rinsed and cleaned before return. Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, hob, sink, utensils, pots, pans and plates. Please use responsibly, avoid burning food, and clean items after use. Do not pour fats, oils or food waste down the sink. Please avoid cooking foods that leave strong, lingering odours.

Sleeping areas, mattresses and upholstery must be kept dry and clean. Please do not sit or lie on beds in wet or muddy clothing and avoid placing hot items directly on soft furnishings.

The camper uses a leisure battery supported by solar. Please be mindful of power use when off-grid and turn off lights, TV and appliances when not in use.

The diesel heater must be used correctly. Do not block vents or place clothing over heater outlets.

The vehicle must be locked when unattended and parked safely and legally. Keys must be kept secure at all times.

The camper must not be used for racing, overloading, towing (unless agreed), or carrying hazardous materials. No standing or sitting on the roof.

Any faults, warning lights or damage must be reported immediately.
