Clara – 4 Berth VW T6.1 Camper

Welcome to Clara!

Our recently converted camper with professionally installed eco-poptop roof bed (with in-built solar panel) and rib-air rock and roll bed. Perfect for a couple or small family with all the space and storage you could need.

Being the latest model of Transporter, the T6.1 drives like a car with arm rests, cruise control and carplay for comfort and ease. The solar panel allows for off-grid use, charging the leisure battery constantly, keeping the fridge and freezer cold and tablets and phones charged for modern day living.

The camper comes well equipped with a separate two-burner stove and kitchen accessories for cooking inside or outside the van.

The sleeping areas come with camping mattresses and a demonstration on preparing the space for a good nights kip is part of the hire!

Windy has racking on the rear barn door which can take 3no stackable storage boxes which are also part of the rental. There is also a roof rack for lighter items such as surfboards and this can be accessed via the rear barn door ladder (see pics).

Outdoor groundsheet, awning, mallet and pegs are all included along with folding table and chairs for 4ppl.

The license plate is prepared for travel in the EU and the van contains the necessary emergency roadside equipment needed on the continent.
