Before You Set Off

- Please make sure all drivers are approved through Goboony before your trip
- We’ll give you a full handover so you feel confident using everything in the camper

During Your Trip

- Please treat the camper with care, as if it were your own
- No smoking or vaping inside (it’s a small space!)
- If you’d like to bring a pet or attend a festival, just check with us first – we’re happy to chat
- If anything isn’t working or something goes wrong, let us know as soon as you can so we can help

Fuel & Mileage

- The camper will be ready with fuel – please return it at a similar level
- Enjoy the journey, just be mindful of any mileage limits agreed at booking

Looking After the Camper

- Please keep things reasonably clean and tidy during your trip
- Make sure the camper is locked when you leave it

When You Return

- Please bring the camper back at the agreed time so we can prepare it for the next guests
- Return it in a clean and tidy condition
- Drain any water if applicable
- Make sure all items and equipment are back where they started

A Few Final Bits

- Any damage, breakages, or issues – just be open with us, we understand things happen
- Fines or tickets during your trip are your responsibility (hopefully none of those!)

The deposit is fully refunded when the booking is cancelled.
