Be respectful but have fun. Enjoy your trip, explore freely, and treat the van and others with consideration.
Respect the neighbours and local campsites — keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly at night.
Pets are welcome and encouraged, but please clean up after them.
No cooking with the doors/windows closed without appropriate ventilation.
Take care when using the hob, heater and other equipment and switch everything off when leaving the van.
No driving off-road or taking the van onto unsuitable tracks, beaches or rough terrain.
Please report any damage, faults or problems as soon as possible rather than waiting until the end of the hire.
Keep the van reasonably clean and tidy during your stay and return it clean as it was picked up.
Please don't make permanent changes to the van or attach anything with screws, nails, adhesives or similar.
Use the water and waste systems responsibly and return the water full.
Please return the van on time and ensure it is returned with a full tank of fuel.
