We will meet and greet you and do a thorough handover at collection time, you are also welcome to leave your car in Dolly's permanent parking space whilst you are away. We are also very flexible around collection/ drop off times - as long as it is during daylight hours we will do our best efforts to accommodate you.

The chemical toilet must be returned emptied and sanitised - failure to do so will incur a £25 charge. you can opt for the Eco Friendly Popaloo, a 'bag it and bin it' biodegradable system which flat packs to save space and does not require a chemical disposal point, perfect for your off-grid adventures - the Popaloo toilet has a charge of £15 payable locally.

You can also hire the gas Joolca Hottap portable shower ( £25 payable locally) which can be used outside with the deluxe double en-suite Joolca pop up shower tent to create an en-suite wet and dry changing room which installs in just a couple of minutes.

We operate a full-to-full policy for fuel - please return Dolly with a full tank of diesel, if this does not happen we will deduct the fuel costs with an additional £10 charge for time taken to refill for the next hirer.

Pets are not permitted on the benches or the bed.

Please do not fill the tap water tank on your return - this tank is emptied and sterilised prior to each hire.

Please return Dolly in the same condition that you have taken her out; empty and clean the fridge and cupboards - cleaning materials are provided for your use. Should she be returned in a unsatisfactory condition a £35 cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit.

Do not climb on the ladder - it is for access to service the solar panels only.
