🚐 Camper Van Hire Rules & Return Conditions
Please treat the van with respect as if it were your own. This is a well-maintained camper and we expect it to be returned in the same condition.
Return Requirements:
Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel (or charged accordingly from deposit)
Interior must be cleaned (surfaces wiped, rubbish removed, no excessive dirt)
Exterior returned in reasonable condition (no excessive mud – cleaning charge may apply)
Water tank to be emptied/returned as provided
All items supplied (awning, cables, equipment etc.) must be returned in full
General Use Rules:
No smoking inside the vehicle at any time
No pets unless agreed prior to hire
No festivals or off-road use
No mountain/harsh terrain driving
Driver(s) must meet insurance requirements and be approved before hire
Vehicle must not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs
During Hire:
Hirer is responsible for any damage, loss or fines incurred during hire period
Any issues or faults must be reported immediately
Do not attempt repairs without permission
Late Returns:
Late return may incur additional daily hire charges
Security Deposit Deductions May Apply For:
Cleaning required beyond reasonable use
Missing or damaged equipment
Incorrect fuel level
Damage to vehicle interior/exterior
