House Rules
Please treat Otis as if it were your own and return it in the same condition it was collected.
• Return the van with the same fuel level as collection.
• Empty and rinse the toilet cassette before return.
• Wash up and remove all rubbish before return.
• Please sweep out excessive sand, mud and pet hair where possible.
• Report any damage, faults or accidents as soon as possible.
• No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
• Pets are welcome but must not be left unattended in the van.
• The roof deck may be used at your own risk. Please exercise caution, especially in wet or windy conditions.
• Only drivers named on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
• Festivals are not permitted without prior agreement.
A standard cleaning is included; however, excessive cleaning, toilet emptying, smoking-related cleaning, pet-related damage, or damage caused during hire may result in deductions from the security deposit.
