Inside, you’ll find a smart, comfortable L‑shaped dining lounge with captain’s chairs and a panoramic windscreen that makes the cab feel bright and open - lots of lights and sockets. The rear beds can be set up as two singles or one large double, and there’s an additional double over‑cab bed. The rear sleeping area can be screened off for privacy, making it ideal for couples, friends or small families.
Storage is one of The Donny Drifter’s biggest strengths: a huge garage, under‑floor compartments, and options for carrying bikes either inside or on the rear rack. There’s room for everything you want to bring.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 3‑burner hob, internal gas oven, large fridge and separate freezer, plus a stylish bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. Outside, enjoy the wind‑out awning with easy‑fix enclosure, reclining gravity chairs, camping table and outdoor gas stove. Plus a garage shower for washing down those dirty boots, or K9 feet.
Your rental includes everything needed to get you on the road: bedding, towels, toilet chemicals, loo roll, kitchen accessories, cooking equipment, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses — even a drinks and glasses cupboard. Just bring your clothes, food, loved ones and a sense of adventure.
Tech and comfort are covered too: always‑on 4G with antenna, a TV for streaming, and an Android head unit with GPS, Google Maps, Bluetooth and hands‑free calling.
The Donny Drifter is fully off‑grid capable for multiple days thanks to a major electrical upgrade (300Ah lithium battery and powerful inverter), giving you freedom to explore without relying purely on campsites.
A few honest notes: like all motorhomes, you’ll hear some rattles while driving; it’s 17 years old so expect minor age‑related wear - but you will see from the photos it has been very well looked after (and we welcome viewings before booking); and while it doesn’t have modern infotainment, the Android unit does everything you need, just that bit slower :-)
