Please return with a full tank of fuel (if not, cost of refuelling plus a £15 admin fee will be deducted from the deposit).

No mandatory cleaning fee. Please return the van in the condition you found it. If it needs a professional clean on return, £40 will be deducted from the security deposit.

No smoking or vaping inside the van at any time; if there's evidence of smoking (smell, burns, ash), a £100 deep-clean fee will be deducted.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement - please let us know when booking. A £30 cleaning fee applies if a pet has travelled in the van, to cover the extra clean/hair removal.

Please treat the interior gently. No shoes on the upholstery/bed, and use the mats provided at the door.

Windscreen chips/cracks and tyre damage from punctures, cuts or bursts are not covered by the insurance unless part of a genuine accident — any such damage found on return will be charged at cost of repair from the security deposit.

The van's insurance does not cover personal belongings — please take care of your own valuables, luggage and equipment during the hire.

Any damage beyond fair wear and tear (dents, scratches, interior stains, mechanical damage) will be assessed against the GoForm completed at handover, photographed, and charged at cost of repair, up to the security deposit amount.
