Vanaf het eerste moment was het contact met Henry top! Zeer vriendelijk en reageert bijzonder snel op vragen die je hebt. Voor mij was het de eerste keer dat ik voor mijn vakantie iets ging huren om mee op reis te gaan. De wijze waarop Henry zijn verhuur doet is echt top! Geen vraag is te gek en staat open voor alles. Bij het ophalen wordt een hele duidelijke uitleg gegeven over het gebruik van de buscamper. Dit geeft de huurder absoluut vertrouwen! Helaas dat sommige huurders het alsnog weten te presteren om zijn uitleg niet op te volgen.. De 3 weken in deze buscamper zijn zeer goed bevallen en voor volgend jaar ga ik zeker weer kijken wat er bij Escape Vans mogelijk is. Henry, bedankt voor het faciliteren van deze top 3 weken!!
