Attention - If you are looking for a mobile home to go on winter sports, ours is unfortunately not suitable. Our mobile home does not have winter tires or snow chains. Hopefully you will find another mobile home with which you can go on winter sports. If you also want to visit warmer places during the winter, you are certainly welcome.
This recent luxury semi-integrated mobile home Roller Team 284 TL, built in 2021, is the ideal mobile home if you want to travel with two to five people and is therefore ideal for couples or families with children. This can be driven with a B driving license (max 3500 kg) and has 5 homologated seats and sleeping places. At the back there are 2 single beds, which can be converted into 1 king-size bed. Above the sitting area there is an electric double fold-down bed with the necessary safety edging so that children can sleep safely here. The sitting area can also be converted into an extra bed.
The length of the mobile home is 7.45 meters (+ bicycle carrier for 4 bicycles), the width is 2.35 m and the height is 2.95 m. The headroom in the middle of the mobile home is 2.08 m. With its powerful 170 HP engine and automatic gearbox, you can even enjoy a relaxed driving experience in the mountains.
Because we have NO kilometer restriction, you can enjoy all the freedom and there will NEVER be extra kilometer costs! We believe that you should be able to fully enjoy your precious leave without a mileage limit in mind. Free camping is also possible because our mobile home is equipped with a solar panel and an LPG gas bottle with an outside filling connection that can simply be filled at any LPG pumping station. The LPG gas cylinder is used for cooking, sharing the fridge and heating. The camper GPS points you to the desired location, motorhome pitch or campsite without any problems (Campercontact or Park4Night 2021 are also available on the GPS). To really enjoy the outdoors, you can cook extensively on our BBQ (BBQ, grilling, baking and stir-frying). The BBQ can easily be connected to the external gas connection of the mobile home. You can relax under the large awning and in comfortable camping chairs. You can eat or play a board game at the large folding table.
Furthermore, our mobile home is equipped with all accessories so that you only need to bring clothes, toiletries and food and you can immediately leave on holiday.
A number of facilities can be rented for free on request so that you do not carry unnecessary weight if you do not need this equipment.

* Pick up and drop off:
The mobile home must be picked up and returned in Zonhoven. Collection and return times can be discussed mutually. You will receive a thorough explanation from us about the use of the mobile home. There is also a manual available in the mobile home with the necessary instructions and some tips.
Leaving the car nearby is possible and at your own risk.
*Diesel and gas:
The mobile home is given with a full diesel tank and must also be filled up again + Adblue when it is returned. The consumption of the gas, 1 full gas bottle, is included in the rent.
*To polish:
The mobile home must be cleaned inside when it is returned. Cleaning the outside and disinfecting the inside is done by us and is included in the rental price.
If the mobile home is not or incompletely cleaned, additional costs will be deducted from the deposit:
- Cleaning inside: 75 euros
- Clear toilet cassette: 50 euros
- Waste tank discharge: 25 euros
*Insurance:
The driver must be at least 25 years old and have held a valid driver's license without aggravating circumstances for 3 years. The motorhome is BA+omnium (all risk) insured with a Ruwelka insurance for rental and has breakdown assistance in the event of a breakdown or accident within Europe
*Bookings:
The mobile home can be booked in the low and mid season for a minimum of 3 nights and in the high season (June, July and August) the minimum rental period is 1 week.
*Rental price and deposit:
The prices include VAT, comprehensive insurance and travel assistance insurance. The deposit is €1350 and is paid in advance. The lessor receives a condition of the vehicle before departure. Upon return, we will make a new condition of the vehicle together with the lessor. Any damage and defects will be deducted from the deposit.
Any paying additional options (such as bed linen, etc.) will also be deducted from the rental deposit.
The deductible is 1250 euros.
