Bon séjour, mais difficultés majeures pour récupérer la caution (gérée en direct) Note : 2 / 5 Notre séjour dans les Dolomites s'est très bien passé, rien à redire à ce niveau. Nous pensions que la prise en charge du véhicule s'était bien passé. Après avoir fait un grand tour avec le propriétaire avant le départ, il nous a parlé de certains dysfonctionnement oralement. Il s'est avéré que nous avons constaté d'autres anomalies. Nous avons ensuite effectué notre voyage et n'avons pas rencontré de problèmes techniques particuliers. Cependant, la gestion de l'après-location pose un réel problème. En effet, le propriétaire a souhaité gérer la caution en direct (hors plateforme). À ce jour, cela fait bientôt un mois que nous avons restitué le van et le dépôt de garantie n'a toujours pas été restitué. Le propriétaire, cherchant notamment à nous tenir responsable pour des dégâts déjà existants et constatés avant la location, évoque l'attente de devis mais ne fournit aucun justificatif et nous laisse dans l'attente, alors que nous avons besoin de cet argent. En résumé, nous vous conseillons de ne pas gérer la caution hors plate-forme et de bien prendre en photo et en vidéo le van dans les 24h, pour éviter tout problème.

Abbiamo noleggiato il Van una settimana in 4 persone adulte, tutta la famiglia ha viaggiato in sicurezza e in maniera confortevole, dormendo su alcuni spot delle alpi più suggestivi al mondo. Massimo è un proprietario molto attento alle esigenze di chi viaggia con il suo mezzo ed è stato sempre presente come un tutor anche per neofiti come noi, il mezzo è risultato affidabile e sicuro, un po' di pensieri ci ha dato la commutazione del frigo in alimentazione a gas, le dotazioni della parte abitativa sono risultate più che adeguate. Attenzione nell'utilizzo degli equipaggiamenti è di obbligo. (apprezzati il manuale con foto e i video con i quali ci siamo preparati a questa esperienza).

Grazie Massimo per la disponibilità, sin dal primo giorno è stato gentilissimo e ci ha pure presi in stazione. Che dire, camper ottimo e nuovissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario, per viaggiare. Per ogni problema Massimo è stato sempre pronto a rispondere e a darci consigli. Siamo stati in trentino 12 giorni e il camper non ha avuto nessun problema essendo nuovissimo. Consigliato! Unica pecca la mancanza di un inventer quindi si è costretti ad attaccare la 220 per usare qualsiasi dispositivo come agiugacapelli ecc. E quindi costretti a pagare le aree camper piuttosto che stare in libera. Ps Grazie mille massimo per avermi spedito il giubotto che ho lasciato dentro il camper!

Massimo was great at communicating everything we needed to know and sent us videos explaining all about the van. Pick up and drop off went smooth, he even offered to drive us back to the train station (for a small fee of course). The Van held up perfectly in the mountain roads of the dolomites and was the perfect vehicle for our trip!

The campervan was in great condition, practically brand new and everything was functioning, except for the GPS screen and radio. However, there was a device to put our phones and see the maps from there, and Massimo was kind enough to lend us a speaker. We had our personal issues with the van because we scratched it, but Massimo replied immediately and told us directly what to do. I recommend taking pictures or making a video before starting your journey on the van, as afterwards we were not sure if any additional scratch (or imperfection inside the van) was our fault or not. We were told we did additional damage (which we will have to pay for), but we could not recall that during our trip, but also did not have photographic evidence to back that. In any case, Massimo seemed like a trustworthy an dhonnest man that would not make-up additional damage, but it’s always best to have your own documentation for peace of mind. Overall, we are happy with our rental (it was our first time with a campervan!), and Massimo was always available and responsive. He also gave us a ride from the train station to the campervan site, for no additional cost, which was very generous.
