Notre expérience avec Aton reste malheureusement négative. Même s’il s’est montré disponible lors de la réservation et pendant nos échanges, la gestion de la caution à la suite d’un incident nous a fortement déçus. Nous avons endommagé un feu du véhicule durant la location et nous avons bien entendu assumé notre responsabilité. Cependant, Aton a conservé l’intégralité de notre caution, soit 400 €, alors que nous n’avons jamais reçu de devis ou de facture provenant d’un garage permettant de justifier le montant retenu. Nous aurions parfaitement compris qu’une somme correspondant au coût réel de la réparation soit retenue. En revanche, conserver l’intégralité de la caution sans nous transmettre de justificatif nous semble injustifié. Nous regrettons donc le manque de transparence dans la gestion de cet incident, qui a malheureusement gâché notre expérience de location.
Todo en perfecto estado. La furgoneta es muy comoda y esta totalmente equipada para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas. La experiencia ha sido top!!!! Nos vamos encantados!!! Muchas gracias Atón!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Our trip was fine we could do everything, but the van definitely need some more maintenance. Except for that, Atòn and his van gave us a great holiday experience.
