Presca et Roberto ont été super, première fois pour mon copain et moi en van nous n’avons pas été déçu. Les explications étaient très claires et la communication toujours très simple. Le van était super, l’ajout du panneau solaire sur le toit est un vrai plus pour l’autonomie et il se conduit très facilement. Merci pour tous les souvenirs que ça nous a permis de créer !
Roberto en zijn vriendin zijn een betrouwbare verhuurders. Het is makkelijk om af te spreken met hen voor het ophalen en terugbrengen van de VAN. Er was een vlot telefonisch contact voor wat extra uitleg over het gebruik van de douche onderweg. Bij terugkomst was er een probleem met het scharnier van het portier aan de chauffeurskant, waardoor er een deel van de waarborg werd gehouden voor de herstelling. Jammer voor ons, maar dit werd wel heel hoffelijk afgehandeld waarbij de kost niet volledig werd doorgerekend aan ons. Een aanrader!
Communication très difficile ! J'ai eu dû mal à contacter les propriétaires, j'ai du relancer plusieurs fois (ce qui n'aide pas à partir sereinement). Personne n'est venu au rendez-vous pour rendre le van. (Heureusement que j'avais plusieurs numéros et qu'une personne a fini par répondre. Pas top quand on a un avion à prendre). Ménage très superficiel, vaisselle sale. Le van est bien aménagé et agréable.
Propriétaire super sympa et disponible . Belle rencontre . Tout s’est bien passé .

Bonjour, Très bonne première expérience en van autour de la Sicile. La communication avec Prisca c’est très bien passé tout au long du séjour aussi bien avant notre arrivée pour récupérer le van, pendant le séjour pour avoir 2/3 infos sur le fonctionnement du van et enfin pour le retour du van qui a pu se faire tôt du fait de notre vol retour qui était tôt le matin.
