Plusieurs point négatifs à soulever : -trop d'interlocuteurs, on ne sait plus si c'est au propriétaire ou aux intervenants Yescapa que l'on doit s'adresser -vehicule plutôt 4 personnes et non 5. Siège de côté non adapté. Ceinture de sécurité inversée. Pas de dossier. Obligé de mettre un coussin dans le dos pour pouvoir voyager en sécurité. Lit d'appoint pas pratique à installer au quotidien. Dépanne pour 1 ou 2 nuits uniquement. -Concernant notre voyage: oubli de la literie que nous avions réservé et chauffe eau non fonctionnel. Pas de chauffage ni d'eau chaude et pas de couette....en février, en Irlande!! Pas sympa. Plusieurs essais de la part de Yescapa pour nous aider à faire fonctionner le chauffe eau. Merci à eux. Mais au final, ils ont insisté à croire que le problème venait de la batterie auxiliaire et que nous devions absolument nous brancher régulièrement (ce que nous avons fait, du coup). Rien à fonctionner. Donc, voyage très mitigé. Et les remboursements ont été lents à venir. On nous a répété qu'ils avaient été effectués, alors que non!
We had a very nice trip in an awesome motorhome. Very quick and easy start with the crew. No problems when returning it. Good Company 👍
Personnel de l’agence très sympathique et disponible. Dommage que le véhicule n’ait pas été équipé au moins de petit mobilier d’extérieur (chaises par ex.). Véhicule un peu vétuste, voire cassé à l’intérieur (néon, caméra de recul, lit, douche).
