Genial viaje, lo primero Ana super atenta, flexible, informativa y ofreciendo toda la ayuda disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitara. La furgo va super bien, no gasta nada de diesel, es casi 4x4 la puedes meter en casi todos lados por la isla y ofrece todo lo necesario para echar unos días de viaje por Lanzarote. Muy recomendable y a muy buen precio. Gracias Ana!!
Ana a été très disponible pour nous accueillir à l'aéroport et a été très serviable. Le van est idéal pour visiter l'île, l'équipement est sobre et très fonctionnel. Le dernier jour, Alfonso a eu la gentillesse de nous déposer où nous devions nous rendre. Merci pour tout.
Super helpful and friendly! I was already at the airport when, at 4:00 AM, I received a cancellation from the van I had already reserved and paid for. I quickly sent Ana an inquiry, and at 9:00 AM on Lanzarote, I received a reply that she had immediately set off to prepare everything, buy a gas cylinder, etc. Her brother picked me up in town and drove me to the supermarket. The car was perfect for my needs, and there was even a bottle of water, a beer, a Coke, and a bottle of wine in the refrigerator. On the day of return, her brother came to the airport at my requested time on Sunday morning, and everything went smoothly and without any hassle. Thank you so much for the wonderful rental service!!
