Responsable d'agence très avenante, disponible et serviable. Quelques éléments non fondamentaux restaient défaillants (support de pomme de douche cassé, bruleur de plaque à gaz carbonisant les casseroles, vitres arrières cassées, rideau cassé), mais le véhicule reste confortable, bien équipé donc agréable à utiliser.

In overall my rental was good, BUT: - the contact with the owner was terrible, she replied to my messages after many hours or not at all, - as it was in the ad, the hot water should be included, but we got almost empty gas container, which ended after 3 days (we took shower 3 times and cooked 2 times). So we had to buy new gas container ourselves… - the waste water pipes were clogged and did not drain properly, - there is no power converter included, had to rent it for €20 -

We had an amazing vacation with Diego's camper van. Diego picked us up at the airport, and quickly showed us everything we needed to know. For a couple this van was perfect - we asked Diego to remove the top bed, so we'd have a bit more space. Finding a place to park was pretty easy - just make sure you read the signs, because some parking lots prohibit overnight stays. In most cases where its says "RVs not allowed" you can actually stay with a Fiat Ducato. Diego was always available on Whatsapp in the few instances we had a question about the car - but overall it was easy to handle, including dealing with water and bathroom maintenance. Water tank is enough for 2-3 days for a couple; toilet needs to be emptied around the same schedule. Portugal has a lot of camper parks where for a few euros you can use the service station, so you don't even have to sleep overnight at a park if you don't want to. Thanks Diego for a lovely trip!

Foi a primeira experiência que tive com uma Camper ou algo do género. Adorei e é para repetir. A viatura era nova, portanto sem danos. O proprietário foi bastante simpático e flexível, a ponto de conseguirmos alugar a viatura por mais um dia.
