The whole rental process was amazing in every way. Fran was helpful, supporting, and friendly from the beginning to the end. He offered extras to the car and the communication was perfect. Fran even sent me a beautiful place to sleep right in the beginning of my travels. The camper van was clean, equipped so that no needs were left open, and ready to go. The rental process was held very easy by Fran what I appreciated. I can really strongly recommend renting the camper van from Fran.
