We had an absolutely fantastic experience hiring Tay from Caroline for our NC500 adventure!
Caroline was an amazing host from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with, often replying to our messages within minutes. She patiently answered all the questions we had and took the time to show us everything we needed to know before setting off.
None of us had driven a motorhome before, so having Caroline explain everything so clearly was a huge help and gave us the confidence to enjoy the trip. Even when we ended up being a few hours late, Caroline was very understanding and didn’t make a fuss at all.
James was also incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even easier for us.
And Tay herself was absolutely brilliant! ❤️ She was easy to drive, comfortable, and gave us absolutely no trouble throughout the entire trip. We had such a great time and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better motorhome for our NC500 adventure.
A massive thank you to Caroline and James for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.
