Great communication. Easy, straightforward handovers both on Pick up and return. Lovely, well cared for van with all of the items you could need. We had a fantastic two week adventure exploring the UK. The van was a head turner and a talking point on the sites we stayed, many people asked to take a look inside and all were incredibly impressed with the condition especially after stating it was a rental. I would definitely recommend hiring this for a road trip August 2026
