We messaged initially as we wanted a van to take to a festival, Richard was quick to respond and helpful. The handover was almost too perfect, I have hired vans myself in the past and you usually collect an empty vessel and need to fill water, cupboards etc yourself. As part of the handover I was walked round the vehicle a video was taken and the process was painless almost too good to be true. No issues with the van at all, returning the van was just as easy and after a quick walk around the van was returned and I was on my way. 100% recommend July 2026
