Michelle was amazing! Super friendly and really thorough with the walk through for Rami. When she says message whenever with any questions, she means it! Even going the extra mile for us.....literally! Can't thank her enough. Ramo was fantastic and super roomy, 4 of us comfortably stayed in Rami for 4 nights at Y Not and would highly recommend both Michelle and Rami! August 2026
