The van was very nice, but when we picked it up Zamir wasn’t there and so we didn’t get shown how things worked (upper bed for example, could we use the plugs and fridge from the battery without being plugged in to mains? just a couple of questions we had) The lady who did the handover had to ring the owner but eventually having got nowhere we were just given the manual to read for ourselves! Not ideal. The toilet cubicle door wouldn’t open and we didn’t want to force it but having messaged Zamir and no reply received we didn’t have the use of it all week.
The house where the van is kept is on a very narrow street with cars either side, making it EXTREMELY difficult to get out and we also on return had to manoeuvre it back in onto a concrete standing with a high drop one side. Again no owner there, just the man looking after the cats.
On pick up the Adblue light was on and so we were told to just get some and we would be reimbursed (which we have been) again something that the owner should have checked before release.
So although it is a lovely van, sadly, all the other things made it quite stressful.
