First time booking through Goboony and it was really simple! Mostly because Nikki was friendly, super clear on the comms and has a very detailed check-in process where she goes over all you need to know about the van.
I guess it's the same with any rental; treat it like it's your own, with respect and there shouldn't be any problems.
