Wonderful van, experience and people!
On the lead up to the booking, Susanne's communication was excellent, including sending a detailed guide in advance and detailed instructions on where to meet.
Then during the handover, Matthias was very personable and chilled and everything went smoothly. We were able to leave our car in the car park too, which was a big bonus. And the welcome gifts were a lovely unexpected surprise and delicious!
Then the van itself - it was perfect! We didn't realise in advance that it is brand new - so we were a bit scared to drive it at first. It's a beautiful van - top specification interior, easy to drive and good on fuel. The shower was much better than previous vans we've hired as it has a moving partition to keep the toilet dry.
So overall - it was perfection! I chose it because it was in Ghent and has a pop top, but couldn't have picked a better van and owners!
