Thank you Kerri for your review. So pleased you had a good time in Bryn. Sorry that you had problems with getting the hot water on. We did our best to resolve with you over the phone and once gas was switched on and settings right, came on for you. Strange it only lasted 5 mins though, as we ourselves have had no problems with showers and washing ourselves but sorry you experienced this. Also regarding the 2nd bed, which we had offered to show you how to make up before you left, sorry you had difficulty with this - it is a little awkward we admit but the step by step whats app photos have helped all previous hirers. We will take your comments on board and consider an onboard manual. We havent done this up to now as wanted people to feel more at home in "Bryn" without lots of instructions everywhere.

We collected 'Bryn' on a Tuesday afternoon for a 4 night break to a site just outside York, for myself, my husband and our 16 year old son.
Wendy and Kevin were welcoming and gave us a good overview on how everything works in the motorhome. 'Bryn' was clean and tidy and there was plenty of kitchen utensils, condiments, tea and coffee etc...
We were staying on a site with no on-site facilities (toilets and showers) so had to use the facilities in the motorhome. On the evening we arrived, we had a few issues with getting the hot water to heat up. We spoke to Kevin who was very helpful in sorting it out. We did find that the hot water did not last longer than 2 minutes, even when turning it on and off. Wendy sent us pictures for turning the dinette table into a bed for our son, evens so, we still had a few problems on the first night. I would suggest maybe putting a user guide/manual in the motorhome for easy reference, to cover these and other useful things a client may need to know.
Having said that we had an awesome 4 night break and would not hesitate to rent from Wendy and Kevin in the future. Highly recommend!!
