We hired Shadow for our first ever campervan trip and had a great experience. Neither of us had driven a van, or anything this size, before, but Shadow was really easy to drive and manoeuvre and we quickly realised we needn’t have worried.
The van was comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. Everything was in good working order and the facilities were decent. We went off-grid during our trip and had no issues at all.
The awning was especially useful as we happened to travel during a heatwave. It gave us some much-needed shade and was really easy to put up and use.
The owners were friendly and approachable and made the handover really easy. They were quick to respond to messages beforehand and reassured us that they were only ever a phone call away if we needed anything.
We had a really enjoyable trip in Shadow and would happily hire the van again.
