Handover with Marion and John was very easy. They explained everything perfectly for my 2 day trip to the Lake District and were always happy to answer any questions. The campervan itself is virtually brand new, so the drive was very easy. It had everything you needed including all the small extras to make it a great trip. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back in the future to rent this campervan. May 2025
